Tech Support & Coaching questions
How much does in-home tech help or coaching cost?
One-on-one tech help or coaching is $80 for the first hour, then $40 for each additional 30 minutes. Setting up a new phone or tablet is $149. There’s no travel charge inside Lubbock city limits.
Do you work with seniors who are new to technology?
Yes, and it's one of our favorite things to do. We're patient, we explain things clearly, and we go at your pace.
What is the free consultation?
A no-pressure conversation about what you need and what it would take, followed by a free estimate before any work starts. No obligation.
Can family members set this up for a parent?
Of course. Many of our clients are adult children arranging help for a parent. Call or text us and we'll coordinate.
