How much does printer setup cost?
Printer setup is $99, including connecting it to your Wi-Fi so it prints from every computer, phone and tablet in the house. If an existing printer has stopped working, troubleshooting is $80 for the first hour.
How much does it cost to set up a new computer?
New computer or tablet setup is $159. Moving your files and photos over is extra, starting at $99 for up to 400 GB. Computer troubleshooting is $80 for the first hour, then $40 for each additional 30 minutes.
Do you fix hardware, like cracked screens or broken parts?
We focus on setup, software and troubleshooting. If your device needs parts replaced, we'll tell you honestly and point you to a trusted local repair shop.
Do I need to bring my computer to you?
No. We're a mobile service — we come to your home and work on your equipment where you use it.
My printer won't connect to Wi-Fi. Can you help?
Yes. Wireless printer connection problems are one of the most common things we fix, for computers, phones and tablets.
