Are consultations and estimates really free?
Yes. We'll talk through what you need, recommend the right solution and give you a free estimate, with no obligation.
Is there a travel charge?
Not inside Lubbock city limits. Outside the city limits, a travel charge applies based on drive time: $50 for under 30 minutes, $75 for 30 to 60 minutes and $100 for 60 to 90 minutes. We'll always tell you up front before we schedule.
How much do your services cost?
Most services have a set price, listed on our Pricing page. For example, TV assembly and setup starts at $99, TV mounting at $119 ($149 with setup, which means connecting the TV to your Wi-Fi, running updates and adjusting the settings for you), and troubleshooting, coaching and other non-installation visits are $80 for the first hour, then $40 for each additional 30 minutes. Consultations and estimates are free, and you'll know the price before any work starts.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. LBK Home Tech Solutions is a mobile, in-home service. We come to you in Lubbock and surrounding communities.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Lubbock and serve more than 40 communities across the South Plains, including Wolfforth, Shallowater, Idalou, Slaton, Levelland, Ransom Canyon and Abernathy.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 10 am to 5 pm. We're closed Sunday.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Every visit comes with 30-day peace of mind: if something we set up isn't working right within 30 days, call or text 806-370-0230 and we'll come back for a free warranty visit. Nathan also checks in about three weeks after your visit to make sure everything is still working.
