Nathan Hays is the founder and owner of LBK Home Tech Solutions and has resided in Lubbock since 1988. He graduated from Texas Tech University and has worked in customer service and store management roles for various retailers in Lubbock since 1991. As technology has evolved rapidly in recent years, many individuals find it challenging to operate their electronic and smart devices. The goal is to share expertise and help clients have a more positive experience using their personal devices at home.
