Are consultations and estimates really free?
Yes. We'll talk through what you need, recommend the right solution and give you a free estimate, with no obligation.
Is there a travel charge?
Not inside Lubbock city limits. Outside the city limits, a travel charge applies based on drive time: $50 for under 30 minutes, $75 for 30 to 60 minutes and $100 for 60 to 90 minutes. We'll always tell you up front before we schedule.
How much do your services cost?
Most services have a set price, listed on our Pricing page. For example, TV assembly and setup starts at $99, TV mounting at $119 ($149 with setup, which means connecting the TV to your Wi-Fi, running updates and adjusting the settings for you), and troubleshooting, coaching and other non-installation visits are $80 for the first hour, then $40 for each additional 30 minutes. Consultations and estimates are free, and you'll know the price before any work starts.
